I'm sad to give this rating but I want people to know and for the manager to correct their mistakes. The room was great, the pool is great, price is a bit expensive, but….. The customer satisfaction is most important and from the check in process, I was quickly not comfortable with the staff. The check out process is what really disappointed me and made me angry! When a customer checks out of his room and asks to hang out by the pool for 30 minutes till he has to leave you must say of course! But no, they said no I cannot stay, you check out… and after I told her that's not okay, she quickly changed her mind to yes you can stay, but I decided to leave with my bags. A full on experience is from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. Disappointed with this place!

I would certainly stay here again. Superb staff. Very nice big pool and close to so many shops, restaurants, stores and gyms. I am doing Muay Thai training near by. Do all is convenient to get Rooms are nice and big. I'm staying here 3 weeks.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was very great rooms with themes and pool access overall very lovely to stay❤️❤️ Highly recommended😘😘

Loved staying here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. We stayed in the Pool access one. Great locations only few minutes to local restaurants with different price range. Close enough to Naiharn beach.

Nice and clean hotel in a good location for bars and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, everything you need is in close walking distance. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Beautiful well Maintained garden and pool and they also have a cafe/bar at the end of the pool. Service is friendly. Will definitely be back.
